Ecoflix operates as a non-profit organization with a mission to empower and create tangible change for both animals and the planet. This newly established global streaming platform is wholly owned by The Ecoflix Foundation.

The platform's focus lies in producing exclusive, high-quality content, including original documentaries and feature programming. Ecoflix aims to raise awareness while advancing three of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals. In partnership with The Ecoflix Foundation, along with various trusts, foundations, and NGOs, Ecoflix promotes a Circle of Giving initiative that encourages donations to its partner non-profits.

Already, Ecoflix’s non-profit mission has made significant strides. The team has successfully rescued and supported animals around the world, including Kaavan, a bull elephant who was relocated to the Cambodia Wildlife Sanctuary thanks to the collaboration of Ecoflix and several other non-profit partners, notably involving singer/songwriter Cher.

Accessing the platform's full range of features and content requires a subscription, which can be obtained on a monthly or yearly basis through an auto-renewing process directly within the app. Pricing may vary based on regional factors and will be confirmed prior to purchase.

All payments for subscriptions are processed through the user's iTunes account, which can be managed under Account Settings post-initial payment. Subscriptions automatically renew unless deactivated at least 24 hours before the current cycle ends. Users will be charged for renewal no less than 24 hours before their current cycle concludes, with cancellations processed by disabling auto-renewal.
